COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING
While most products include free shipping
to capital cities for orders over $1,500, there are exceptions:

items under $1,500.

Bulky,
large, long or heavy items.
●
Clearance
items.
●
Deliveries
to remote areas may incur additional charges, either at checkout or upon
confirmation before delivery.

Interstate
deliveries. Redstripe reserves the right to modify or withdraw free shipping at
its discretion.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you will not be available to sign for
the delivery, please advise us via email of your Authority To Leave, if you
wish for your order to be left at your address, even if you're not onsite. By
selecting this option:

You assume
responsibility for the item upon its departure from Redstripe’s warehouse.

Redstripe
considers delivery complete upon confirmation by the courier.
●
Claims of
non-delivery will not be accepted if the courier confirms delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically
based on the delivery postcode and product dimensions. We utilize various
couriers to ensure fast and affordable service.
DELIVERY REGIONS
Redstripe delivers nationwide within
Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to
PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Aus Post Parcel Collect
Addresses, or Parcel Lockers.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Express Shipping orders are fulfilled via
our carriers Express Delivery service, subject to certain conditions:

Obsolete, Clearance, and Promotional Items, unless agreed otherwise.

Product
availability. Please note that stock availability representations are accurate
to the last known level and are subject to change.
EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimated as follows:

Remote
Areas: 6-9 business days Please note, Express Shipping delivery times may vary

DELIVERY TRACKING
A consignment note number can be provided
on request.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Courier deliveries occur Monday to Friday
between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, specific day or time deliveries are not
available. If you're absent during delivery, the courier will need to organise
a new time for re-delivery.
DELIVERY REQUIRING SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
If your order includes large items needing
a forklift or loading dock, confirm their availability via email. Failure to
provide these facilities upon delivery may result in an aborted delivery and
redelivery fees. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
